Welcome to Remote Support!

By making use of this session an Exact Employee can set up a temporary remote connection to your system and will be able to view the situation in your Exact Software environment.

After you have given your consent you will be routed to the website of Remote Support. The Exact Employee will give you a log in code which you can use to activate the “Remote Support” startup session.

If you decide at some moment to cancel the remote support session you can click the ‘cancel’ button in the connection screen. The remote support session will be terminated immediately.

User conditions Remote Support

By clicking on the ‘agree’ button you accept the remote support session and you are aware and agree with the fact that for the performance of the Support Services Exact may log in to your database and/or system for providing the Support Services. It is possible that under certain circumstances necessary changes must be made by Exact into your database and/or system. Exact can use a third-party tool to obtain access to your environment with your consent.

You will remain at all times solely responsible for the accuracy of your data and you shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Exact, its officers, directors, employees and consultants from any and all claims, liabilities, costs and arising from or relating to the remote connection by Exact.

You have to make sure that you have made a recent back-up prior to the remote session. When your support request is fulfilled, Exact will immediately disconnect its access to your database and/or system.

If you are in an only manner uncertain concerning the identity, the technical knowledge of the supporter on the other side who will start up the Exact Remote Support session or concerning the software itself, please click on the ‘cancel’ button.
